As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound phone and email communications efficiently.
  • Prepare general reports and approve workflows as required.
  • Investigate billing inquiries and process account corrections promptly.
  • Manage dishonoured payments and overdue accounts, ensuring timely follow-up actions are completed.
  • Assist the brokerage team with mid-term servicing, client follow-ups, and cancellations.
  • Perform general administration duties and maintain accurate data records.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with insurance operations and processes is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in telephony and email management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
