About the Role

At our organisation, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Client Care Specialist

As a Client Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients and playing an integral part in the day-to-day functions of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking, amending & confirming appointments for clients
  • Greeting clients at the clinic and being the face of the clinic
  • Assisting with client inquiries, either in person or via other forms of communication
  • Working collaboratively with other teams within the clinic, nurses, ENTs and Clinicians
  • Providing basic troubleshooting for hearing devices (on the job training provided)
  • Accurate billing of appointments
  • Other general office duties such as opening and closing procedures, stock ordering and documentation & filing

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patience
  • Demonstrated experience working within a team environment
  • Demonstrated judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative services
  • Excellent computer skills
  • A warm, collaborative, can-do attitude
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Willingness to travel to cover sick leave and annual leave at our other clinics from time to time.
