Paralegal - Debt Recovery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our high-performing Smarter Recovery Solutions practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing debt recovery files, providing advice and solutions to clients, and working closely with our clients to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage debt recovery files from start to finish, including preparing and filing court documents, conducting research, and communicating with clients and other stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on debt recovery matters, including bankruptcy and winding up applications.
- Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions to achieve successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve high-quality results.
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Paralegal, with a proven track record of managing debt recovery files and providing expert advice to clients.
You will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. You will also have a strong understanding of court processes and procedures, as well as experience in bankruptcy and winding up applications.
