Recoveries Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Recoveries Specialist to join our team at Singtel. As a key member of our Credit Management team, you will play a critical role in maximizing recoveries and minimizing bad debt.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the wider Credit Management team to deliver on strategic goals and objectives;
- Own the continuous improvement model in all aspects of the Debt Recovery Management cycle, identifying and resolving internal control gaps;
- Provide trusted input into critical Singtel recovery processes and activities;
- Support the development of budgets, forecasting, and scenario analysis models;
- Generate recovery insights through efficient and accurate deep dive data analysis;
- Provide short- and long-term insight and intelligence on Singtel's debtor segments;
- Work closely with the broader Collections and Recoveries team to set up and maintain reporting analytics and dashboards to supervise results;
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Commerce, or a related field;
- Experience in an Analytical role, including preparation of financial models and cases;
- Solid understanding of MS Office, Teradata SQL, Relational databases, SQL developer, Oracle SQL, and Alteryx;
- Solid analytical, conceptual, strategic, and commercial skills, with a background in statistical modeling/model validation;
- Exceptional communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills, as well as exceptional project and time management ability;
- Adept at conducting deep analysis to uncover areas to be addressed to improve the customer experience and financial outcomes for the team;
- Confident to present findings to all levels of the business, internally and externally;
- Ability to handle time well as the time of collaborators;
