About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position, reporting to the Senior Solicitor. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of debt recovery and litigation cases
  • Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to support senior solicitors and provide accurate advice and guidance to clients
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, effectively communicating legal advice and providing timely updates on case progress
  • Ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards by conducting thorough legal research, staying up to date with changes in legislation and providing recommendations to ensure compliance in client matters
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 3-5 years' post-admission experience and a current practising certificate
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, drafting and attention to detail
  • Outstanding client service and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Knowledge of practice and procedure of Magistrates/Local, Supreme and Federal Courts
