About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Account Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to allocated global accounts within the multinational portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with assistant client service executives to ensure timely completion of administrative activities related to global programs, preparing processing instructions for various departments, and resolving accounting and processing issues.

You will work closely with credit control, the multinational processing service unit, and other departments to deliver agreed-upon client service standards.

As a trusted point of contact for clients and their brokers, you will build strong relationships and communicate effectively to support Chubb's business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with assistant client service executives to guide them in account handling activities
  • Support Chubb's business development and client relationship activities
  • Account handling and supporting global client executives and underwriters on relevant accounts and activities
  • Ensure renewal terms are obtained from controlling underwriters and information is passed to and agreed upon with the local client/broker as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with underwriters, clients, brokers, Chubb offices, and other external parties

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require 3-5 years of prior insurance and reinsurance industry knowledge across all commercial lines.

You must be proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to an intermediate level of understanding.

Able to interpret information and possess strong problem-solving skills, you will also demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
