"> Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Global Client Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key business clients, creating tailored strategies to maximize money moved and increase revenue through up-selling, providing clients with actionable insights and reporting mechanisms through regular business reviews, working with existing business teams to develop standard methodologies for client on-boarding, and delivering expert payment solutions and guidance to merchants.
As a Global Client Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, improving client retention, and increasing revenue. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, provide timely issue resolution, and ensure clients utilize our international payment solution.
You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our success by leveraging your expertise, analytical skills, and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients
- Create tailored strategies to maximize money moved and increase revenue through up-selling
- Provide clients with actionable insights and reporting mechanisms through regular business reviews
- Work with existing business teams to develop standard methodologies for client on-boarding
- Deliver expert payment solutions and guidance to merchants
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of relationship management, account management experience or similar role
- Experience in inside sales, handling customer objections and leading customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills
- Proficient in multiple languages is a plus
- Experience with Smartsheets, Salesforce, Looker, and Zendesk is a plus
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time
