**About the Role**:
A Client Services Manager acts as a primary point of contact for multiple clients, providing flexible and committed service to meet their needs.

**Job Summary**

The Client Services Manager develops and maintains relationships with assigned clients and internal partners to understand client needs and improve service delivery.

This role includes coordinating account administration, tracking service and delivery results, responding to client inquiries, producing reports, and overseeing transaction processing.

Assist Relationship Managers and Client Service Delivery Managers in generating additional business, preparing client presentations, and coordinating with servicing teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate account administration for custody and fund administration clients
  • Develop a clear understanding of clients' needs behind service requests and communicate to service partners
  • Track service and delivery results against service level descriptions
  • Receive service requests from clients and partners; execute daily client activity, oversee transaction processing, handle inquiry resolution
  • Maintain service and delivery issues log, drive accountability and closure of issues in a timely manner
  • Monitor performance to ensure operational teams adhere to client(s) Service Level Agreement(s)
  • Provide escalation of service & delivery and other relevant issues and opportunities to RMs, CSDMs, shared services and/or internal stakeholders

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Functional knowledge in global custody and fund administration
  • General business knowledge, including accounting knowledge, to oversee client transactions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills, time management, and effective prioritization
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve, identify root cause, and remediation
  • Strong awareness of risk to both the client and our organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with clients and internal teams globally
  • Proficient or advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
