Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team as an Agricultural Salesperson. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a range of construction and agricultural equipment, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with current and new customers.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the agricultural industry. They will be passionate about the truck industry and have excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers in assigned territories
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable machinery and equipment solutions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or demonstrations of machinery to prospective clients
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including price, delivery, and financing options
  • Prepare sales contracts and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Refer all equipment finance opportunities to the finance department
  • Stay current with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and competitor offerings
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and build brand presence
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with service and parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the agricultural industry
  • Passion for the truck industry
  • Sales-driven, customer-focused, excellent communicator, negotiator, and problem-solver
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Valid car license
  • New Holland, Case IH, John Deere, and/or Kubota experience (desirable)
