Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide children's learning and development, fostering a love of learning and a sense of curiosity and wonder.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment that promotes competence, independent exploration, and nature-based play.
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children and their families.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community, promoting inclusivity and celebrating diversity.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
