C&K Childcare & Kindergarten is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Educator to join our team. As a key member of our early childhood education team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of children in our care.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early childhood professional to lead a team of educators and support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years. You will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and confidence in our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Support the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures

Requirements
  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one)
