Festive Experience Team Coordinators

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences during the festive season.

Your primary focus will be on managing daily operations, rosters, and workflow to ensure seamless execution and maximum efficiency.

You will also be responsible for welcoming families and creating a joyful atmosphere, while maintaining positivity even on the busiest days.

In addition, you will oversee POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail.

We are looking for experienced team leaders who can bring energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering top-quality experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional visitor experiences
  • Manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow

Requirements:
