Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Staffing Manager to lead our Operations team ahead of the festival season.

  • Recruit, onboard and retain casual staff for Beyond The Valley and Pitch Music & Arts that align with our company values.
  • Conduct interviews and build a trusted team of casual managers and supervisors.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Managers and stakeholders to coordinate workforce planning and rosters.
  • Manage on-site Staffing HQ operations before and during festivals.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, with knowledge of hiring, interviewing, rostering and payroll processes. They should be able to handle conflict resolution and crisis management, including debriefs and difficult conversations.

Key qualifications include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Brilliant attention to detail and high standards of professionalism
  • Knowledge of casual employment, music festivals and events, and HR practices is highly desirable
