**Event Production Coordinator Role**

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate production requirements for festival sponsors, partners, and activity participants at the St Kilda Festival.

**Key Responsibilities:

**Requirements and Expectations:

  • Proven experience in event production and operations at major events.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders and facilitate their needs within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent coordination and organisation skills in high-pressure events environments.
  • Effective communication skills applicable to diverse stakeholders and situations.
  • Experience managing staff in an event context.
  • Proficiency in software commonly used in events, including Microsoft Office suite.
