About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Equifax. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our key customers within the Employment Verification business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retain and grow our current client base through proactive account management and upselling opportunities
  • Identify and explore new revenue streams and client opportunities
  • Effectively communicate client objectives across the business and resolve escalated issues
  • Maintain service delivery and achieve or exceed revenue targets through strong management of upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' B2B account management experience with a focus on large enterprise customers, preferably in the HR, SaaS, or IT industries
  • Experience in the background screening industry is a plus
  • Excellent consultative selling skills with a proven track record in managing complex sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex matters
  • Highly accountable and resilient
