Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a multi-stage and multi-year apartment and mixed-use commercial project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee high-rise new build projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Maintain compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site
  • Lead a fun yet hardworking team culture
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise new build projects over $100M
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
