Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our client's multi-stage and multi-year apartment and mixed-use commercial project. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage high-rise new build projects from inception, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, monitoring progress and performance, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement is fostered on site, and maintain a fun yet hardworking team environment.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients, keeping them informed of project status and progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise new build projects over $100M, with a strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
