Insurance Loss Adjustor/Estimator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our team. This full-time role involves undertaking quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.

  • This position requires the ability to provide excellent customer service, accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner, and process vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry, strong systems experience, and competent computer abilities.
  • We are looking for someone who can meet strict deadlines, problem solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail, and work effectively and collaboratively with the team.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience within a similar position in the automotive smash repair industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers.
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities.
  • Able to meet strict deadlines and problem solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team.
