Claims Assessor

Ambitious and skilled Claims Assessors are sought to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in claims assessing and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Provide technical support to assessing teams, ensuring seamless process execution.
  • Design and deliver training programs, facilitating sessions for assessing teams and driving capability uplift.
  • Support the identification of risks and opportunities, collaborating with assessing managers and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Act as an SME in projects, events, and complex claims support, empowering teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about coaching, uplifting team performance, and driving excellence in customer outcomes.
  • Experienced in claims assessing (home/general insurance experience highly desirable).
  • Strong in knowledge of claims processes, systems, and risk identification.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and build capability in others.
  • Excellent problem-solver with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer outcomes.
