We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Claims team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the claims process.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to Assessing teams, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and systems in place to succeed.
- Design and deliver training programs that cater to the needs of Assessing teams, focusing on clear and engaging content that is practical and impactful.
- Support capability uplift by providing coaching and knowledge sharing to strengthen technical and process expertise across the team.
- Analyse data and team performance, preparing reporting packs and presenting insights to leaders to drive process improvements and enhance outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business goals and identify risks and opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Act as an Assessing SME in projects, events, and complex claims support.
- Experience in claims assessing, preferably in home or general insurance.
- Strong knowledge of claims processes, systems, and risk identification.
- A proven ability to coach, mentor, and build capability in others.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to complete deep-dives and provide clear insights.
