  • Assist with organization audits and maintain vital information on the intranet.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in claim administration and investigation (e.g., public liability, professional indemnity, motor vehicle).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in using risk management software or similar database systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, correspondence, and stakeholder engagement.
