About the Role

As a Caseworker, you will be the advocate for children, young people, and their families, working to ensure their social, emotional, and physical health and education are improved.

You will work in our Intensive Therapeutic Care homes, supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build valuable connections with children, young people, and their families
  • Conduct ongoing assessments to identify needs and develop plans for positive change
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure children and young people receive the support they need
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Diploma in Social Sciences/Social Welfare or equivalent
  • A current Working with Children Check/Working with Vulnerable People card, First Aid Certificate, and Drivers Licence
