Senior Clinician - Southern NSW

CareSouth is seeking a dedicated Senior Clinician to enhance our clinical services in Southern NSW. This role is ideal for those committed to improving outcomes in the clinical environment.

Role Overview:

This position for a Senior Clinician in Southern NSW/ACT will be stationed in our Goulburn office on a full-time fixed-term basis. The Senior Clinician will lead therapeutic clinical services, manage a team, provide reflective practice, and implement trauma-informed care models.

Compensation Package Includes:

  • Salary range of $105,275 - $111,592 (based on experience)
  • Fully maintained vehicle
  • Superannuation and leave loading
  • Salary Packaging benefits up to $15,899
  • Meals and Entertainment Card valued at $2,500

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Nursing, or a related clinical field. Significant experience in trauma-informed practices, mental health, and relevant service sectors is essential. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities are crucial for success in this role.
