Senior Clinician

CareSouth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinician to join our Clinical Services team in Southern NSW. As a Senior Clinician, you will be responsible for driving the therapeutic clinical services model across all relevant services in the region.
You will lead a small team of Behaviour Support Practitioners, providing reflective practice to Case Workers and Carers, and delivering therapeutic intervention/support to our young people. You will also be responsible for implementing CareSouth's trauma-informed Therapeutic Care Model.
The successful applicant will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant clinical field, current registration with AHPRA, and significant experience working with trauma-informed models, mental health, disabilities, child protection, and similar relevant service sectors.
