Senior Clinician - Southern NSW

Role Overview

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Clinician in Southern NSW/ACT, based in our Goulburn office on a full-time fixed-term contract.

As a Senior Clinician, your responsibilities will include leading therapeutic clinical services, managing a team, providing reflective practice, and implementing trauma-informed care models.

Compensation Package Includes:

  • Salary range of $105,275 - $111,592 (based on experience)
  • Fully maintained vehicle
  • Superannuation and leave loading
  • Salary Packaging options up to $15,899
  • Meals and Entertainment Card valued at $2,500

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Nursing, or a related clinical discipline. Significant experience in trauma-informed care, mental health, and relevant service sectors is essential. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities are crucial for success in this role.
