Senior Clinician

CareSouth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinician to join our Clinical Services team in Southern NSW. As a Senior Clinician, you will play a key role in driving the implementation of our trauma-informed therapeutic care model across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners and provide reflective practice to Case Workers and Carers
- Develop and implement therapeutic intervention strategies to support young people and clients
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of CareSouth's strategic plans and initiatives
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field
- Current registration with AHPRA or eligibility for registration with the relevant state body
- Significant experience working with trauma-informed models, mental health, disabilities, child protection, and similar service sectors
- Demonstrated experience in a clinical leadership capacity
- Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills
