About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Occupational Therapist to make a meaningful and rewarding impact in the disability sector. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for managing an allocated caseload and providing therapeutic services to clients. You will assess clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.

You will interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client and provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based. You will also provide support and advice on adaptations to the environment, including home, school, work, and residential facilities, and recommend the provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner
  • Assess clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments
