About the Role

In addition, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a well-organized store environment, and adhere to loss prevention procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by suggesting products based on customer preferences and needs.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a well-organized store environment.
  • Adhere to loss prevention procedures to minimize stock loss and protect company assets.
