Cross-Border Flow Specialist Lead

This is a highly collaborative role that requires driving product commercialization and go-to-market execution for cross-border flows.
About the Role:- Oversee the successful roll-out of transfer solutions in Asia Pacific, focusing on Australia and New Zealand.
- Develop country-specific strategies to identify pain points and opportunity size for customer segments (banks, NBFIs, and merchants).
- Assemble a suite of products that solve key pain points for customer segments in their money movement flows, collaborating with regional and global teams.
- Achieve aggressive revenue growth for transfer solutions services.
- Prospect and contract banks and NBFIs, coordinating with product development and internal support teams.
- Built industry partnerships and strategic alliances to support the strategy.
- Play a key role in facilitating financial modeling and business case development for new business opportunities.
- Owning account-level P&L, including pricing, yield optimization, corridor optimization, and best practice deployment.
