**Cross-Border Payments Specialist**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Cross-Border Payments Specialist.

In this role, you will work closely with clients on their international payment requirements, providing expert guidance and support to achieve set business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing in-depth knowledge of corporate foreign exchange and payment solutions to our corporate clients
- Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Booking FX deals over the phone for customers
- Identifying opportunities for hedging and upselling
- Staying up-to-date with market conditions and trends
- Contributing to the strategy of digitalizing our SME customer bases to drive servicing efficiency

Requirements include:

- Experience in the Foreign Exchange industry is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to network and build internal and external relationships at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
