Requirements
  • Australian-qualified lawyer with 3–6 years of M&A experience

  • Experience in public/private M&A, joint ventures, or strategic partnerships
  • Commercial mindset and ability to juggle multiple matters
  • Willingness to relocate to New York and pursue US bar admission
