Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical support and guidance to service partners, installers, and internal teams for commercial air conditioning products. This includes responding to technical enquiries, diagnosing and resolving product issues, and documenting cases.

This position requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a background in the HVAC industry, with knowledge of VRF/VRV systems and commercial AC installation.

Additional responsibilities include delivering technical training to installers and service technicians, supporting internal customer service and aftersales staff, and maintaining accurate records of technical support cases and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Background in the HVAC industry
  • Knowledge of VRF/VRV systems and commercial AC installation
  • Hands-on experience in field diagnostics, repair, or aftersales technical support
  • Possession of relevant licences (e.g. ARCtick, White Card, D Licence)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
