HVAC Assembly Specialists are responsible for leading complex assembly projects, ensuring precision and efficiency. The role involves championing safety procedures and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead complex assembly projects to deliver high-quality results.
- Champion safety procedures and ensure they are adhered to by the team.
- Develop and implement best practices for assembly processes to improve efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert in HVAC construction assembly within 6 months of hire.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve challenging assembly issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in carpentry, construction, or assembly of HVAC units.
- Experience leading projects and teams required.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and grinders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform job functions.
