
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in HVAC to fill this critical role.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe primary function of the Technical Support Specialist is to provide expert guidance and support to installers, service technicians, and internal teams. This includes troubleshooting product issues, documenting cases, and escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits
- Diagnose and resolve product issues; document and report cases
- Collaborate with the Aftersales Manager and factory engineering team to address complex issues
To be successful in this role, you must have a solid understanding of VRF/VRV systems and commercial AC installation. Additionally, hands-on experience in field diagnostics, repair, or aftersales technical support is preferred.
- Background in the HVAC industry
- Knowledge of VRF/VRV systems and commercial AC installation
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in common office tools (Excel, Outlook)
