Job Title

Technical Service Manager - HVAC Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technical Service Manager to lead our team and provide technical support across the Australian and New Zealand markets.

This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to build rapport with customers and partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating warranty and in-house repairs, managing spare parts, and providing hands-on technical training and high-standard quality control.

Based in Dandenong South, you will work closely with our Italian HQ and be involved in product development with local market insights.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine HVAC technical skills with leadership experience in service management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a network of contract technicians and service agents
  • Provide technical support to retailers, service agents, contractors, and end users
  • Manage spare parts and coordinate warranty and in-house repairs
  • Develop and implement effective quality control processes
Requirements
  • Solid HVAC experience
  • Restricted electrical license (AU/NZ compliance)
  • Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and partners; leadership experience in service management
