Job Overview

This is a mid-senior level, full-time engineering role with a leading renewable energy company in Sydney.

  • The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and at least 5 years of experience in designing and constructing power plants and substations.
  • They will be responsible for managing HV/MV/LV system design, overseeing contractors, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and coordinating with suppliers for optimal equipment selection.

A strong technical background, including experience with design tools such as DigSILENT, ETAP, CYMCAP or similar, is essential. Knowledge of National Electricity Rules, AS standards and IEC Engineering Standards, IEEE and ANSI Engineering Standards, will also be highly valued.

Requirements
