Electrical Engineer - Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Electrical Engineer in the Sydney office, you will oversee the solution design and operational execution of Solar and Energy Storage projects from concept to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders in solar and BESS engineering solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end engineering and design of PV, BESS, and Embedded Network projects.
  • Project management and optimization of project delivery.
  • Develop and review engineering documentation, specifications, and quality standards throughout delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers.
  • Oversee business development initiatives, including partnerships with OEMs and technology providers.

The ideal candidate must have a REPQ license, excellent training and coaching opportunities, and be part of a successful fast-growing company with solid financial backing.
