Electrical Project Manager

A prominent National Electrical Contractor is seeking a seasoned and skilled Electrical Site Supervisor to join their Sydney-based team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in supervising teams, with a strong background in commercial electrical projects, including schools, hospitals, retail, clubs, and pubs. They will be responsible for managing small to medium-sized commercial projects, overseeing apprentices, and ensuring they are consistently learning and improving their standard of work.
- Lead a team of 4-8 electricians on various commercial projects throughout Sydney.
- Provide regular project status reports, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope, and quality when required.
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate trades, while building strong client relationships.
- Be available to work on the tools 30%-40% of the time, depending on the project.
Applicants should have a valid driver's license and excellent attitude to safety. They must enjoy problem-solving and have a willingness to take on new challenges.
