This role is based in a major clinical and research facility, collaborating with the University of Tasmania. The hospital provides a range of healthcare services including acute, sub-acute, mental health and aged care to approximately 240,000 people.

The Emergency Department:

  • Has direct access to all medical and surgical specialties
  • Around 75,000 presentations are made to the department each year

Requirements:

  • New Zealand Fellowship in Emergency Medicine or Senior Medical Officer willing to undertake the ACEM Specialist Assessment after interview
