Our client is seeking a self-motivated and driven Care Manager to oversee the clinical operations of a 45-bed boutique Aged Care facility located in
**Berriedale,** Tasmania - a short 15 min drive from the heart of Hobart.

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your clinical knowledge and expertise as a Clinical Care Manager within a large not-for-profit organisation.

**Your duties will include**:

- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 45-bed Aged Care facility in Berriedale
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
