About our sales team: We are a dynamic group, where you have access to a network of opportunities across locations and brands.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our sales team.
As a Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be guiding guests through the buying process, focusing on high-quality service while delivering the best solution to meet their needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need to:
- Be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
- Presentation is key - you must present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
- Build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Listen, understand and be responsive to customer's needs
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to perform well in high-pressure environments.
They should ideally have prior automotive sales experience, motivation, drive, and a proven track record of meeting KPIs and sales targets.
In return, you can expect an excellent base salary plus lucrative commission structure with high earning potential, a fully maintained company vehicle, and access to our employee benefits package.
