Logistics Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced logistics coordinator to play a key role in ensuring smooth order delivery, customer satisfaction, and payment collection.

  • Verify final payment has been taken on all orders before confirming delivery.
  • Coordinate with transport companies and book carriers, obtaining quotes as necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service on despatch issues such as delays, special requests, payment etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to delivery and despatch of products.
  • Support the marketing and design teams with coordinating showroom change overs and photo shoots.
  • Maintain accurate data entry into our system regarding payments, customer details, customer requests (including time of delivery etc.).
  • Communicate with customer service team and advise of any issues relating to despatch or final payments received.
  • Contact customers regarding delivery date and time of products.
  • Resolve customer complaints and follow the escalation procedure correctly where necessary.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a logistics or coordinator role.
  • Proven ability to provide high-level customer service and customer experience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and effective communication.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Able to promote a positive work environment.
