About the Roles

The primary function of these roles is to deliver an unparalleled workplace experience as a cultural ambassador, community advocate, and service leader. The guest relations team is the first point of engagement with VIP clientele, creating a warm, supportive atmosphere that enhances the workplace experience in both front-of-house and heart-of-house.

The Roles Include:

Senior Associate, Reception, Senior Associate, Client Care, and Senior Associate, Central Reservations.

Key Responsibilities:

Front of House: Work in a fast-paced concierge reception space, where you'll get to know clients so you can provide a bespoke and best-in-class experience. Register clients & employees using a designated site access management system. Assist with administrative tasks as requested. Recognise VIPs, guests, and building staff, using their names whenever possible. Heart of House: Organize events and catering, ensuring smooth running of all technology.
