As a Senior Manager – Marketing Operations, you'll lead and optimize the end-to-end operations of marketing functions. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless campaign delivery, efficient financial management, and continuous improvement of systems and ways of working.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for managing budget, financial processes, forecasting, and reporting across marketing, media, PR, and events teams.
  • Align and optimize marketing campaign processes to ensure end-to-end workflow efficiency.
  • Standardize, document and share best practices to ensure scalability and consistency across teams.
  • Manage digital asset management (DAM) to ensure compliance, access control, and effective utilization.
  • Lead ad hoc strategic projects to improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Drive a data-led, technology-first approach to automation, efficiency, and process innovation.
  • Facilitate clear communication and alignment across internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
  • Lead and develop a small team, providing coaching, feedback, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation within the marketing function.
About You:
  • You have 8+ years' experience in marketing operations, marketing management, or a related operational role.
  • You have a proven track record in complex budget management, financial processes, and reporting with responsibility for large budgets.
  • You have experience in managing advertising subsidy and/or retail media budgets.
  • You have a strong background in marketing process design and governance, with experience in developing and embedding operational frameworks.
  • You have advanced skills in project management and workflow coordination, with the ability to drive efficiency and alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • You have technical proficiency in financial systems, workflow/project management tools, and digital asset management platforms.
  • You have experience managing agency and vendor relationships, including contracts, procurement, performance governance, and risk/compliance processes.
  • You have demonstrated experience in people leadership and team management, including coaching, developing capability, and building high-performance teams.
