Senior Brand Marketing Professional

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, drive business growth, and lead a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and present comprehensive marketing plans, aligned with global brand initiatives, including brand positioning, messaging, and communications to enhance brand awareness and drive business objectives.
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, activations, and toolkits to support the brand and product launches.
- Present campaign results to senior management.
- Build and maintain quality relationships with key brands, individuals, and ambassadors.
- Develop and implement scalable programs and best practices across diverse teams to elevate marketing communications and creative content.
- Lead daily activities of the marketing team, ensuring high-quality content and creative execution, strategic planning, problem-solving, and timely delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing with a focus on brand management.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent strategic thinking, data analysis, and customer-focused skills.
- Strong analytical skills, able to synthesize information, identify issues, and propose solutions.
