ANZ Region Sales Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced sales leader to drive business growth in the ANZ region.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive profitable sales growth and market share in Australia and New Zealand.
- Built and maintain strong relationships with end-users, distributors, consultants, system integrators, installers, resellers, manufacturing reps, and other ecosystem partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering (other fields considered).
- Experience leading a sales team in structured cabling or a similar area with responsibility for ANZ or a large region in Australia.
- Proven track record in creating and executing successful sales strategies and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of end-user relationships and managing partner ecosystems to drive success in the structured cabling business in the ANZ region.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive profitable sales growth and market share in Australia and New Zealand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Australia sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Target specific vertical markets including healthcare, education, financial services, and enterprise data centers across these and others to expand our customer base.
