Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team as a Regional Marketing Manager. As a key member of our APJ marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to drive business objectives.

You will work closely with field teams in the ANZ region to develop demand generation plans that align with local sales goals. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills to ensure seamless execution across multiple stakeholders, including global marketing, sales, and channel teams.

In this role, you will own the marketing-generated pipeline targets for the ANZ region, including direct field marketing ownership. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing campaign performance and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of direct field marketing experience in B2B Tech/Software companies
  • Proven ability to build integrated marketing plans that support strategic goals and generate pipeline
  • Strong understanding of marketing trends and creativity in implementing them locally
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage stakeholders
