This role is focused on supporting our Medico-Legal team in handling sensitive legal and health records. You will work closely with agencies to ensure all document requests are accurate, timely, and confidential.
- Manage and prioritise medico-legal requests
- Process subpoenas, Chapter 16A, and High Risk Birth Alerts
- Ensure compliance with health privacy laws and policies
- Maintain and report on medico-legal databases
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Processing confidential documents and information
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of requests
- Collaborating with agencies to meet requirements
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience handling confidential information (public sector a plus)
- Knowledge of Chapter 16A or medical records systems (desirable)
