Account Manager Opportunity

This is a chance to begin an exciting career as an account manager. As a key team member, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customer accounts and building relationships with clients.

In this role, you will have ownership to build a work schedule that best suits you and your customers. You'll make sales by maintaining customer relationships, demonstrating tools on the spot, and providing high-level customer consultation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building relationships – you'll be on the field, meeting with customers on a daily basis to capture business opportunities.
  • Time and Territory Management (TTM) - creating a daily schedule to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone territory.
  • Representing the Hilti brand in the marketplace and carrying technical knowledge to present high-level customer consultations in your defined territory.
  • Tracking your progress – utilizing Salesforce to record all interactions made to secure a sale as reporting is a key part of this role.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in any customer-facing roles.
  • Eagerness to learn, motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Hands-on attitude – demonstrating tools to customers, using platforms such as Salesforce to track activity.
  • Time management, planning and prioritization skills.
  • Maintaining a valid full driver's license – company car provided.
  • Engineering qualification or construction industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
