The Job Details

You will be supporting the Strata Management Team with general admin tasks, including:

  • Administrative support, organizing invoices, arranging meetings and following up on insurance claims
  • Compliance management and updating CRM systems
  • Preparing and updating meeting records and documents using a digital document transaction system
  • Enquiry management
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Your Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous administration or property management experience
  • Certificate of Registration - Assistant Agent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn about the strata industry
